By downloading, installing, or using the Tayp application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Tayp is a digital management dashboard that allows users to:
- Monitor electricity utility status through partner interfaces
- Track water consumption and history through partner interfaces
- Manage mobile service allocations and airtime
- Configure internet data bundles via the dashboard
3. Account Creation
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete user information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Billing and Fees
- Service fees are processed securely via authorized third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- All charges are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes
- Service activations are final once confirmed in the system
- Refund requests are subject to the specific provider's policies
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purposes
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or reverse engineer the app
- Transmit viruses or malicious software
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the service in violation of applicable international laws
6. Limitation of Liability
TAYP LTD shall not be liable for:
- Service disruptions caused by third-party utility providers
- Technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control
- Losses arising from misuse of the application credentials
- Indirect or consequential damages
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance when possible.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Suspected unauthorized or abusive activity
- Request from legal authorities
- Account inactivity for more than 24 months
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
